Association Management
We are governed as a Homeowners Association, employ a professional Community Association Manager, and adhere to our documents and Florida Statutes Section 720. The Board of Directors is elected by the homeowners and holds meetings during the year with the exception of the summer months. You can attend any meeting in person or via teleconferencing. Notices of the meeting are provided in advance and Minutes are distributed afterward.

Board of Directors
Our Association is served by five elected Directors, all who serve without compensation. As needed, committees of owners are formed to address specific opportunities and issues. Owners are encouraged to volunteer with their expertise by serving on committees or by seeking a Board position via the annual election process. The Board may be contacted via email at info@LongboatPS.com.

Estoppel Certificates
An estoppel is a formal document governed by the State where the Association provides information to the Sales Closing Agent regarding the regulations and financial requirements of the Association. As a homeowner, you should ensure that the closing agent is following the process and included the estoppel information in the closing.
